October 10th - Mens Soccer against Chandler-Gilbert Community College

The Gauchos traveled to CGCC for their final regular season away game. Riding a 3 game winning streak, the Gauchos looked to continue their winning ways against the Coyotes.

The game started off with an extremely quick goal by Nelson Gomez Rodriguez 40 seconds into the game. The shot was from 30 yards away from goal, when Nelson saw the goalkeeper of the Coyotes out of his box.

11 minutes later, the Gauchos struck again with a goal from Rogelio Rodriguez, followed by a 2nd goal by Nelson Gomez Rodriguez in the 41st minute. The assists were credited to Christopher Ayala, Daniel Vargas, Joel Saavedra and Josue Hernandez.

The Gauchos took a 3-0 lead into halftime, and continued to score with 2 more goals by Josue Hernandez and Freddy Aguilar. The assist was credited to Josue Hernandez.

The Coyotes would score 1 goal in the 75th minute, and that's where the scoring would come to an end. The final score would end with a 5-1 victory for the Gauchos.

The Gauchos look to take their 4 game winning streak at home against Paradise Valley CC on Friday, October 13th, at 7pm.
