SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Glendale Community College men's basketball fell on the final day of the regular season to Scottsdale Community College, 85-84. The loss puts the Gauchos regular season record at 18-11 overall, 9-9 in conference play.

Kenny White led all scorers with 26 points on 11-of-23 from the field, and 4-of-9 from beyond the arc. Stephan Miller and Ty Gibbs each had 15 points, with Miller grabbing a game high 11 rebounds and Gibbs tallying 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the contest. The Gauchos shot 49.2% from the field, 46.2% from beyond the arc and outrebounded the Artichokes, by one. They had 17 assists on 32 made field goals.

Glendale Community College men's basketball qualified for the NJCAA region 1 tournament, qualifying as the 4 seed and will face top seeded Pima Community College on Thursday, March 5th, in Tucson. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 P.M.
